✨ Are you aged 18-35? Are you currently unemployed and looking for opportunities to boost the CV? Perhaps this pandemic has you feeling isolated and you just need an excuse to get out of the house? Or maybe you want to become a part of a supportive and fun group on the weekends? ✨ Join us for a FREE 6 week course in building outdoor raised beds and filling them with edible plants. 🌱 This is a great opportunity for you to spend some quality time outdoors, meet local likeminded people and learn new skills. 💪🏼 This course will offer the opportunity for you to learn new wood cutting skills, assemble raised bed, learn how to fill raised beds with organic matter and plant out edible plants. This course has been kindly funded by Spark Somerset and so spaces are limited. Please follow the ticket link on this event to book your place. We look forward to welcoming you to our farm and becoming a part of the team! 💚 This project is supported by the Thriving Communities Somerset project- a collaboration between SPARK Somerset, Take Art and Somerset Wildlife Trusts, which aims to support activities designed to help people of Somerset to recover from COVID-19 through the power of social prescribing. The Thriving Communities Fund has been made possible thanks to funding from the National Academy for Social Prescribing, Arts Council England, Natural England and Historic England, with support from NHS England and NHS Improvement, Sport England, the Office for Civil Society, the Money & Pensions Service and NHS Charities Together.
We endeavour to refund all payments wherever possible.
